我的美化其实也没有动过自己的脑筋，就是到kde-look.org上按照highest rated找了一个theme，然后其readme里面提到了作成这个theme需要的所有元素，照做之后便达到了下面这样的效果。
(图以后再上咯，学校网速慢得要死)
为了简便化，直接把其Readme内容贴出来做一些注释是也：

First of all, extract the tarball to your home folder. 事实上这里我是只把其中的子目录一个一个拷进去的
Icons:
The proper Edge iconset is a merge between Everaldo's Crystal Project iconset at KDE-Look and the Freespire repositories; see

Any one of the two versions by itself will do, of course, albeit being incomplete IMHO. Run 'kcmshell icons' and click the 'Install new theme...' button to install the iconset.
这套图标是神作，Mandriva2008.0默认就是用的这套图标的上一版。
Wallpaper:

Font:
雅黑也不错咯，除了窗口标题栏字体太粗以外
Window decoration:
Crystal 其实Mandriva可以直接在源里安装的
run 'kcmshell kwindecoration' to apply Crystal as your window decoration. Make sure the overlay image for both active and inactive window states is set to /.kde/share/config/kresources/edge/crystal-overlay.png
Widget style:
Domino
这个我试过编译，但是configure时总是说我没有安装kde的开发包——但是我都装了呀。难道这次又会因为无法编译而美化不成？后来干脆直接搜索domino+mandriva，得，原来kde-look.org有for mandriva的domino二进制rmp包，直接urpmi domino......rpm即可。
run 'kcmshell style' to open the Domino configuration dialog（就是选中domino然后选配置）, click the 'Load/Save' tab, then the 'Import Config' button and open the domino_edgerc file. Select 'Edge' from the list on the left and click 'Load Config', then OK twice.
Color scheme:
Edge
Run 'kcmshell colors', click the 'Import Scheme' button and open the Edge.kcsrc（也在解包出来的某个文件夹里面） file, then select Edge from the list on the right and click OK.

KICKER CONFIGURATION

For the Kicker configuration, make it large and issue the following commands
(either from Konsole or from the 'Run Command' dialog):
kicker就是桌面下面的bar，我觉得这次美化中这个东西最惊艳了，执行下面的命令之前现在kde控制中心把bar的大小弄成正常。

If you use kompmgr, you can set your shadow settings to

Shadow color: #000000
I'd recomend you to use Compiz Fusion if you can, though. The default drop
shadow settings are just fine.

对了，还要说一下鼠标主题，真是点睛之笔啊。使用的是Green Apparatus鼠标主题，会动的，而且很酷就是了
总之，这个桌面我是非常满意，都没有去尝试leopard桌面的兴趣了。
